Roundtable meeting in the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Mendoza - Business Abroad, Tax Implications

Last Thursday 17th of June, 2010 at 10.00 am a roundtable meeting took place in the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Mendoza (located at San Lorenzo 660, Mendoza).

The presentation followed the following scheme:

  • Transfer pricing: which are the situations generally observed by the Treasury?
  • Contracts for Assistance,Brands and Services: which are the signer´s tax implications? Expenses are always deductible? Services should be offered? Is any documentation necessary? Do contracts avoid double taxation? Is registration of contracts necessary?
  • Liability of directors and legal representatives: Which are the implications of breaches?
  • Law advocacy services – Project.

The meeting was led by the Partner, Public Accountant and Lawyer, Daniela Kumor from Mazars in Argentina. It was especially addressed to accountants and financial administrative managers of Small and Medium Enterprises and multinational companies.
